In the last election cycle, when the Tea Baggers came into the spot light, I first learned about this practice. It wasn't something that had to be explained to me in detail, just the jokes I heard about the Tea Baggers was enough to give me the idea that it was the placement of a guys balls into the open mouth of another guy. Never gave it much thought, until the one of the first guys to give me a blow job goes south on my, taking my balls into him mouth, swirling his tongue around, sucking. Now I know more and that some guy like to do it more than other, some are better than others, and a light sucking actions coupled with a lot of tongue action is the best combination for my balls.
And my balls hang down like the guy in the pic, why the hell do so many other guys just have a ball bump? Sure you can suck on them, but as soon as you let go, they get sucked by into a cavity. I it a sign that your more of a bottom than a top of you don't have hanging balls? Cause I my limited research I could draw that conclusion.
