Get a bike and Ride

If this picture stirs your loins in any way and you currently don't think you have the time to exercise or the will to exercise, then you don't deserve anything like this. I say that if your physically capable of getting onto a bike, or at the least getting off the couch and doing something related to exercise, and you make excuses, then   fuck you.

I'm not perfect, few guys are perfect, but an overweight guy on a bike is better looking than the same as a blob on a couch.

Get of your ass, and get outside.

Physical disabilities are not an excuse either. I've seen guys on bikes that are power totally by upper body muscles, and they have some nice arms on them.

  1. One of the main reason I workout & ride a bike is to attract good looking men. Btw, it works!

  2. No doubt about it. It is a great picture.

I, for one, appreciate you challenging guys to get into shape and keep in shape. Until I was 40, I never had to worry about being in shape. I could eat anything I wanted and it never touched me. After 40 things changed drastically.

I began to carry way too much weight in my belly. My kids began to make fun of my beer belly. That was the chief motivation for me to start exercising. Twenty-five years later I'm still doing it. There are benefits of going to the gym 2 - 3 times a week. One gets in shape and the eye candy is great too.

As BlkJack says in his comment above other guys notice when a guy is in shape too. And the good thing is you don't have to look like the picture you posted. I could go to the gym every day for years and never have the body that man has. However, I don't have a belly and my weight is right for my height.

I've never had problems with finding and keeping a buddy. As you suggest, guys should get off their asses and do some real exercise. It's good in many ways.

  3. It was about age 40 that I started to see my body change for the worse, and if I didn't do something to change that I was going to be a fat old slob, and I didn't want to be that. The single biggest benefit I've seen is that my back doesn't hurt, where I use to wake up in the middle of the night because of pain in my back.
