Tight squeeze at the Toilets

What kind of place puts two toilets side by side, so that if the first one is being used, you have to brush up against the guys back to get to the one in the corner. Of course if I were using the empty urinal I'd have this guy somewhat trapped in the corner, so maybe that's not such a bad deal.

I'm not sure if I was in this exact restroom, but I was in one with the exact same layout in a restaurant in the northwest corner of a state. While I sometimes use my peripheral vision to check out the guy at the urinal next to me, here I think I'd probably just out and out stare. I'm not sure what the etiquette is for checking out your stall mates cock during a pit stop, but if your pretty much buck naked its okay.

As for the no shirt no shoes, no service in a restaurant, the don't say anything about no pants.
