The only person that I've ever seen do this was a guy that at the time we called retarded, now I would describe the person as having reduced-cogitative capabilities. So I'm torn on this image, because the guy has a really nice ass and legs, yet I wonder if he is doing this on purpose or if his shorts just slipped down. I personnally would never do this, and would turn my head away if was the guy on the right.

PS. The picture is lost somewhere in cyberspace, the this is the gist of it. Image a gang of urinal along a wall most of them in use, One of the guys has his shorts down around his ankles. While this makes his ass look nice, it's a step beyond proper restroom etiquette. There are two guys to the right that are using the urinals properly and catching a long glance at the guy on the end with his shorts around his ankles. He is either a show off, not right in the head, or his shorts just slipped down and he hasn't reached to pull them back up.
