I've known men who have altered their preference for topping/bottoming over time. I've known lots of guys who have been dedicated bottoms from the get-go and have never changed.

As to dick size and the experience of being fucked, I think the skill the top brings to the fun is much more important that overall dick size - above a certain minimum.
