Saturday Biking

Never know what your going to be seeing along the road during a biking event. In a few short weeks the Tour de France (TdF) begins and something like this not to uncommon. For me this weekend, I'm going to be doing good if I can keep up with this guy for all of 100 miles.

For those not familiar with biking, the above photo is similar to the time trial stages of the TdF. The day were each rider leaves a check point at three minutes intervals and rides as an individual to make their best time. Notice that the rear wheel and handlebars are different that if this rider was in a group.
